Topic: ADI-8 QS shipping? Micstasy firmware update?

Hallo

Is the ADI-8 QS shipping?

I?ve heard that the Micstasy firmwareupdate have to be done at RME in Germany,if so,it means that we have to disconnect our 9 units from our racks, pack them and send them to Germany.This will take at least one week maybe two before they are back in production.
I hope there is another way to solve this!
Does the ADI-8 QS need go back to the factory for every firmware update too?

Not yet, but soon.

That depends on where you are located. In Japan our local distributor does the firmware update. We are working on more countries being able to do this, so there will be no need to ship the units to Germany. But at this time most users wll have to do so.
