The 802 FS AE black design is missing product photos.
The download link brings the folder of the 802 FS non-AE.
No issue with that, it is just for having complete access to images of every interface, nice-to-have.

rme ufx II soundquality really bad, help

Hi, I just bougth Ufx II as an upgrade from rme ufx and the sound quality is really not good, Never had a problem with my UFX before.
Asked a friend that has a rme UFX III and compared quality and I believe my unit is not ok.
before I send it to thomann it would be nice to know if any other UFX user reported sound qualiry changed after firmware update.

I did driver and firmware update before listening to any sound so I don´t know if it´s a driver or firmware issue

I hope you can help be fore I send it back as a faulty item

Error "We think you're a bot" when trying to edit password (SOLVED)

As the title says - when trying to update the forums password the error "We think you're a bot" shows up and the password cannot be updated.

My email address is already in use?

I was unable to register on the forum as apparently my email address is already in use. I have registered under the hide my email function but am concerned that someone has used my email address without my knowledge or permission. I did register my 802FS with the email address I tried to join the forum with but as far as I know I didn’t enter a password.

Is this the right place to post this? I can’t see any way of contacting admin direct.

What can you do about it?

rme-audio.de has a security policy called HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), which means that Firefox can only connect to it securely. You can’t add an exception to visit this site.

The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it. You can notify the website’s administrator about the problem.

Hi,
I just bought a used Adi-8 Qs and am just wanting to know what is the best setting for the Limiter function.

Is it best to have in the ‘ Limiter ‘ section on the front panel to have Analogue and DG pressed in and activated ?
I just run in some analogue mic preamps and run out into a eq and compressor.

Blind/VI screen reader users unable to register

Hi all,
I finally got someone to help me via a screenshare, but I wanted to report that people using a screen reader are unable to register for the forums without help.
The problem is the image with the question you're supposed to answer.
There are alternatives to this; reCAPTCHA for example provides an audio option, which unfortunately does exclude people who are hard of hearing or in a noisy environment, but it's a vague step forward. Another option might be Cloudflare's turnstyle.

I have new mac mini M4 pro connected to my FF through USB and I'm using reaper as my DAW. The inputs on the FF receive signal from the mics, in reaper the FF is the playback engine but I get no signal into reaper... Need some help!

Hi, what's the best connection between my korg kronos+ucx ii+PC ?
I'm trying to use kronos as midi controller to play VSTs with the lowest latency possible.
I'm connecting my kronos & ucx ii to the PC through usb sepretly at moment,
but I'm having cpu clipping overload on Cubase13.
Any ideas? Thanks
