-Fireface800, Win11-Rechner. Digicheck NG im Autostart und startet im 3. Monitor.
-FF800 interne Clock steht auf 44100Hz.
-ich starte Cubase und stelle in den Projekteinstellungen auf 44kHz. Alles Ok. Schließe Cubase.
-ich starte Cubase nochmal und stelle das Projekt um auf 48khz. DAS FF GEHT NICHT MIT, weil es von DC NG blockiert ist.
-Schließe ich DCNG, reagiert das FF wieder auf jede Cubase-Änderung. Öffne ich das alte DC, läuft auch alles gut.

Why can't I view the playback outputs of my ADI 2 dac fs

On Digicheck NG . all options are checked:

USB source ok

Loopback OK

Only problem in Digicheck input select the add playback Channels box is inactive and grayed out.

I specify that I only encounter this problem with the ADI 2 dac fs.

This is a quick bug/feature request. I have my system calibrated to -18db = 0db(VU).
I have a dedicated display to enhance the UFX, which works and look amazing running DigiCheck NG.

One mini issue is that the program meters and level meters stop their Switch level red/yellow settings capped at 0db. However, I need this to be 18db (for red in my case) to match the clip at -18db ref. 

I can type in 18db into the text box and it works fine. However, when saving (or reloading) the workspace via quick select, the 18db will again be capped at 0db.

Could you please extend the range of these "Switch Level Red/Yellow" to match the Reference Level.

The bottom row of meters is misaligned. Although admittedly this is an unusual arrangement since channels are usually arranged in pairs, the bottom row meters probably should be centered.

2. With the original DigiCheck, a single letter Key Command, eg, V -(Vectorscope, T- (Totalyser) etc could switch between windows.
Now with multi-function "Instruments" in a Workspace, it would be great to have equally quick switching between Workspaces. Currently I have to hit ""w"" then the number 1,2,3 etc of my custom Workspace and finally hit Enter. 3 steps instead of 1.
It would be great if single letters, A, B, C, D, etc were already assigned as Key Commands to the Custom Workspaces, so that as soon as DigiCheck NG is opened, a single letter could be used to switch to different custom workspaces. In the meantime I had to program buttons on my X-Keys programmable USB keyboard to achieve single button switching.

More color options for meters, backgrounds, and scales (custom palettes or themes)
General UI/graphic polish to look more modern
Adjustable transparency/contrast for different monitors

Would love to hear if others would find this useful too.

Decibel looks nicer, but it's not precise enough. RME drivers and ASIO data are best read by RME's own tools — only RME really knows how to use that data correctly probably.
Searched the forum, didn't find this requested yet. Would love to see it in a future update.

The following description is from Wavelabs own manual,

Pan Meters
The lower part of the window shows the difference in level between the left and right channel of a stereo audio file.

The upper pan meters show the peak level difference between the channels. The level bars can go to the left or right, indicating which channel is loudest.

The lower pan meters show the average difference in loudness between the channels. This gives you a visual indication of whether a stereo recording is properly centered, for example.

If you are monitoring real-time audio (playback or input), the maximum balance difference values (peak and loudness) for each channel are displayed numerically to the left and right of the meter bars.

Is there any way to improve this experience?

I'd like to post a Digicheck NG setup here but does not seem to be able, so I'll just describe the settings. Basically, I would like to see a K-14 or so metering display with numeric display at the right of intersample over levels. For example, in a previous digicheck, anything over +14 dBFS would be an over level.

In preferences it's set to show intersample peak and use ITU BS.1770-4 filter

Instrument 1 is multichannel level meter
Horizontal
Input channel count needs to be 24 in order to show HDSP playback level
Reference level =14 dB
Top level (vs. FSC) is 0 dB
Switch level red +4.0
Switch level yellow 0.0
Release speed 20 dB/s

Peak hold time 4.0 s

FSC count for OVR 3 (not sure how this relates as we're not counting samples???)

There does not seem to be a way to indicate the intersample peak over numerically. This was possible in the previous Digicheck. Hope this helps.

This was working before but I'm no longer seeing PB channels in my meters. "add playback channels" is greyed out when I click setup. Any idea why?

This would enable easy viewing of just how much is currently present, as at the moment there is no way to know how much DC content is within that band.
