That info has zero meaning. It is not a measured value, and has never been correct for any USB device that I looked at.

Im look usb hab in my comp\device manager\USB.....property\ and see 100ma for babyface( connect or not dc power). Is all right?

External power is only used when USB is connected.

Im connect external 12DC power. Babyface not UP.
Im connect back to USB. Is ok!
Switch between usb-external DC not work?
