Or sell it on eBay or Craigslist to recoupe a little cash and re-invest in a RME USB/Firewire interface that might be more compatible with modern laptops...

Is there any way to use a Multiface (1) without a PCMCIA or ExpressCard?
I have no access to a pcmcia slot for a while.

Are the digital/optical I/O on the unibody machines useful, or do they figure in at all?

I'm trying to modulate the speed of this transition.
