One card (96/52) has optical outs to Alesis HD24
The second (96/36) has optical outs to Alesis ADAT

On booting the mac, most times, they don't come out on the correct channel, ie channel 1/2 comes out channel 9/10.
This happens on all audio software, ie Logic 8, Waveburner, T-racks.

Does that make sense?

I few questions I hope you can answer,

I have two RME DIGI 9636/52 cards fitted in my Apple G5 (Apple G5)
The first card has M52 eprom and Expansion Board with word clock.
The Second card has M36 eprom.
Are these the most update eproms as I'm finding that I have to reboot the Mac a number of time before the routing sorts it's self out, ie the channel get screwed up and don't come out the correct output.

I hope you can help as this very annoying and time consuming during sessions.

Thanks
