Ist vielleicht nur dann deutlich erkennbar, wenn man noch die Historie kennt, dass das FUT tool die Firmware für verschiedenste Geräte bereitstellt und auch für die gesamte Serie der ADI-2 DAC [FS], ADI-2 Pro/*, ADI-2/4 Pro SE.

Da lädt man sich dann das fut tool des letzten Vertreters der ADI-2 Pro Serie runter (ADI-2 Pro FS R BE).
Auf der Downloadseite und in der Datei Liesmich.txt findet man dann diese Informationen:

Da steht für HW Revision 6: FPGA 267, DSP 128, das ist genau die Version, die Du gepostet hast.
Also hast Du für Dein Gerät bereits die aktuelle Firmware-Version geflasht.

Noch einmal drüberflashen schadet auch nichts.

Beim Einschalten siehst Du die Versionsnummer des DSP im Display, aktuell bei mir v128, bei Dir vermutlich auch.

Das vergleichst Du mit den Informationen auf entweder der Downloadseite fürs FUT Tool oder
mit den Informationen in der Readme-Datei im ZIP-Archiv des FUT Tools.

Im Zweifelsfall, wie erwähnt, FUT Tool herunterladen, starten und schauen, was das Tool anzeigt, siehe Screenshot unten.

Denk dran, bei Windows muss der ASIO Treiber installiert sein, sonst kann man die Firmware nicht updaten.
Wie es bei Apple ist, keine Ahnung, dann siehe bitte Handbuch, das ist dort beschrieben.

am Mac mit dem RME USB Series Flash Tool wird ja nicht die neueste Version übers Internet geladen, sondern man muss immer das aktuelle komplette Flashpaket laden

I am trying to install the last update for my RME Adi-2 DAC FS, I downloaded the fut_madiface_win.zip on computer, extracted the fut_mfusb3.exe but I cannot succeed to launch it under Windows 10 (as administrator). I tryied on 4 different computers, including one with Windows 7. I turned off the antivirus, but the same result. Can you please help me with that? Thank you!

Thanks MC! Have you considered to add the possibility to set "Source: Auto" with the remote?
The automatic selection of source is a really useful feature. In certain case, I must press "USB" to "force" it, and then I need to go to the unit menu to activate the automatic mode again.
To be able to re-set the automatic mode on the remote would be very useful

If the screen was turned on via the encoders then you either saw B/T or Volume screen. If Show Vol Screen is set to Off then the current Top screen (!) will be shown. You seem to think that it should show the DA Filter setting, but that was never the case - the moment the screen goes dark the menu is left and the current Top screen becomes active.

What would work is that you push the I/O button - then you are indeed back to the DA-filter setting. That still works with the current firmware as well.

Anyway, a firmware with knobs activating the screen again should be available next week.
