I was thinking about getting a UFX+ at first but i dont need the line ins on the back..

i have basically 5 stereo synths that uses a DI in the path and needs additional gain from PReamps. which i was thinking plug directly into 12mic

and use it VIA Madi into the MAdiface Pro..  is this an ideal setup?

what the Pros of UFX+ over the madiface? im guessing more connectivity? is there anything else im missing.
