I did contact Synthax and they handled the problem directly.

In emails they asked me if I had used the QR code on the outside of the package to register my Babyface Pro FS (I had not), so I suspect that things would have gone smoothly if I had used that QR code.

This happened to me over the year-end holidays, so there was a delay of about a week. No biggie ...

Yes I don’t think everyone gets them. I bought in the uk and no free plugins.

Where do I Download My Plugins for my new Babyface Pro FS? I registered my device but the only downloads I see available are Drivers and TotalMix?
