Von "ASRock H170 Pro4/D3, i3-6100, Kingston KVR1333D3N9K2" zu "ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming, i7-6700, 2x Kingston KVR24N17S8/8" gewechselt.
Nutze, bis auf den Wechsel von Realtek LAN zu Intel Lan I219-V, exakt das gleiche Softwaresetup (Acronis Backup) und nuuuun ???

Es läuft wieder.

Nie wieder ASRock.

And why are you recording all channels when you use only 2?

initial settings.
in a real situation i would disable the chans i dont need of course.

my feeling says its a plx bug.

can anybody lend me a pcie card for some days to test.

just a joke ... no matter all other stuff works 100%, i just discovered this and wanted to report.
i can live with that.

winamp shows 44 but its resampled to 48 (direct sound).
rme driver always shows 48 cause windows audio is set to 48/24bit (studioqualität).
it also happens when i play a 48 winamp file.
even when i play nothing the slowdown happens (u see it on the "lagging" digicheck display and when i start to record, the time display turns "red" immediately.
as i say i never had this with my old setup and the only difference is plx converter and 64bit os.

Winamp runs at 44.1 kHz, then you start DC and actively change to 48 kHz. That can't work.

Hi,

H170 Mobo, RME PCI CARD with Multiface 1 with Conrad PCI to PCI-Express Adapter (PLX).

I can't record "Playbacked" Audio with Digicheck anymore.
In the moment i start Digicheck sound slows down like in a 100% asio dropout state.

Is this bug known?
Is it the PLX Adapter?
Is there a trick to fix it?

It seems that only Global Record is affected. All Visualizers work with Asio set to Playback Source.

On Win7x86 with native PCI (Intel Q67 Chipset) all was fine for many years.
