Yes with Mac audio aggregate device and Reaper you can send the individual drum tracks to the Software Playback Channels in Totalmix.

Roland TD50 drum modules have an audio over USB capability that has each drum's individual outs.

Is there anyway to load these into TotalMix somehow as separate channels? The goal would be for my DAW to have just one audio interface.

I know I can just use the individual drum module analog outs and will do that as a last resort.
