for digicheck you also need Loopback

i use analog 3/4 for record loopback and ADAT7/8 for digicheck
icreated Snapshots to make it more easily and i keep noth of them on all time
i just wonder if its ok and not gonna influence on any record ill do or any thing i listen?

or should i trun them of everytime i stop using them?

i discovered when you Digicheck on Analog 1/2 (Main) its turn down with monitors and continue to work with different  way so i preffer ADAT7/8
