Personally, i think the color's do not translate well with the different options of the 'Light' mode.
Comparing the different settings looks like this:

Light-Normal

Light-Dark

Light-High-Contrast.

Light-Normal = pastel color's
Light-Dark = would be fine as 'light' setting
Light-High-Contrast = pastel color's with less saturation

Is it just me, or is not saturated enough?
Instead of different settings which might not work for everyone, two sliders for SATURATION and BRIGHTNESS would do the job from my point of view.
+ a color palette for defining e.g. 16 user color's
++ setting to colorise the channelstrip background or not (would result in channel header and text color only)
+++ setting for the meter color. (But the green is ledendary and worked fine for 25 years..)

But that might be really too late for a release.candidate...

Hello.

Currently, the low-cut filters in TotalMix2 are hardly useful, for they have a very high bottom cutoff limit at 20Hz, which creates massive overshooting regardless of the filter order, hence causing clipping if the digital levels are close to unity dBFS.

Please lower the minimum cutoff to 1Hz so that it can be used as a gentle DC-blocker.

If quantisation noise in float-precision is an issue with higher-order HP filters due to a biquad-based implementation, I'd suggest using topology-reserving filters such as the ones in Zavalishin's book.

Best,
Dario
