I swapped out an Athlon Dual Core MB for an Intel 775 MB and reinstalled my 9632.

At first XP Pro didn't see it. I reseated the card and I was OK.

But now I have problems:

-sometimes the card will not be seen by the OS, as if it wasn't there. On RBoot I'm OK again.
-today I plugged in the MIDI out cable to the card plug and it prompted a spontaneous reboot with no 9632 recognized. Another reboot and I'm fine.
-I used to be able to Hibernate the PC, the OS comes back, but the 9632 card will not come back to life.

any suggestions?

Should I reflash the card?
BIOS settings?

Windows XP pro
4G mem
ECS G43T-M MB (only have one PCI slot)
