Yes you can.
You'll need one PCI or PCIe interface card for each Multiface II you want to use in your DAW (up to 3 I/O boxes - Multiface, Multiface II, Digiface,... - can be used in any combinaison at the same time in one system).
You'll aslo have to sync each interface to the same Word Clock.

I have a Multiface II with a HDSP PCIe interface for my laptop that I absolutely love . . .

Here's my question.
Is there a solution for desktop use that would allow me to use 2 of these (the one I have and the one I'm going to buy if this works out) in my studio environment?? IOW can I buy a PCIe card solution that will allow the use of 2 of these on 1 DAW?
