yes pro tools dont have selectively to disable asio channels

The question would be whether PT9 has an option to selectively disable ASIO channels... I'm afraid I don't know that.

Just disable one playback device in the ASIO setup of Pro Tools. Please search for ASIO multi client in the forum. This was discussed many times before.

i have pro tools 9 and rme fireface 800
what happened is when i am opening any song in media player or any player and open pro tools 9 running the asio of fireface
the song is stoped and no sound from the windows work any more
i want the 2 work
i try the mbox mini everything is work
playing songs from media player and runing asio inside pro tools
why that happened with the rme and how can i make it work with all in same time asio with po tools and songs from media player or any sound in the windows
