Hi,

I have recently purchased a UCX and using it through usb at the moment. I'm a Windows 7 user with all updates installed.
My drivers are up to date: 1.0.24.0 and firmware was updated following each step in the manual. Status in the USB flash update tools says "Programming status: up to date".
My setup:
i7 8GB ram Geforce 560 and 2 monitors desktop computer. I record in Cubase v6.

Everything seems to work ok since I can record my guitar/voice and playback through the UCX.

The problems:

TotalMix FX: although it definitely shows signals and overall work with cubase, I cannot click on knobs and change values easily at all. It's a bit hard to explain but I need to click sort of 4 or 5 cm (!!!) away to the "north west" of the center of a specific knob to be able to change its value and this changes for every single function!!! I mean it's just a big guess and simply impossible to use and often something located much further away will start moving. It's like if the program thinks my mouse is at a different place than it really is. But it's very strange because sometimes i click on a specific thing and it activates it and the second after it won't do it again.  So most of the clickable areas don't work for me to a few weird exceptions...so all the functions are useless.

Also the display window in my case doesn't look like what it seems it should look like: half the mixers are literally cut in two, I've attached a screenshot of the maximum extent of what I can display please check my screenshot of the config I am currently stuck into because not being able to control it. Note that if I try to maximise the window further some things will simply start to disappear:/

I have reinstalled the usb driver and that hasn't fixed the problem, total mix reset I mean every single option out there...doesn't work. And I'm pretty sure my drivers are up to date.

I haven't seen anyone else posting this problem in the forum and am hoping there's an easy fix somewhere. Please help
