Topic: unable to lower buffer size

I'm experiencing some latency within Ableton, and my overall latency is showing 14.8ms, which is quite a bit considering I am using a Fireface 400.

For some reason I am unable to lower the buffer size in the Ableton preferences.  It is greyed out and locked at 256 samples.  I am using an ASIO driver, which is the proper one I believe.  Am I supposed to lower the buffer size elsewhere?  Please help.  Thanks

Open the Fireface Settings either via tray-icon or via Live's "Preferences -> Audio -> Hardware Setup" and change buffer size there.
