After a power shut off then my laptop can't connect to FF400... I have changed a new cable as well as new laptop (windows 7) but still the computer can't detect the FF400..therefore I can't take next steps to update driver..

The FF400 power on is ok...is there any way to check if my FF400 has a problem or not?
