My setup is as follows: Multiface MK1, HDSPe PCIe card and Hac Pro 3,1 running 10.8.5

I realise that hacks are not supported by RME but I'm going out of my mind... I can't work out what is going on.

I have 10.8.5 installed and it recognises my HDSPe PCI card as an audio device (was surprised not to see it show up as a PCI device). The PCIe card is updated to latest firmware and I'm using the latest HDSPe driver (3.05).

The Multiface MK1 and the card seem to be happy with each other as there is no error light showing... so far so good.

However, when 'settings' start automatically after logon or after I quit it and restart the app, I get the "HDSPe Settings Quit Unexpectedly" every time.

I can't change the settings at all. When the mixer is started up sometimes it shows 8 analogue ins/outs and sometimes just 4 in/outs. Also, the mixer outputs are sometimes maxed out.

I've attached a screenshot and the output I get from running the settings file in the settings app package in the hope that it'll shed some light on the problem.
