Topic: HELP!! RME Fireface UC has Left Output louder than R

HELP NEEDED

Sorry if this is a silly question but I swear I tried almost everything before going on here --

Running either my Ableton 9 or audio from Spotify would get out the left channel louder than the right one. When playing it does show like the AN 3/4 channel has a weird mono output but I can't figure out why...

What does that mean?

Please try a mixer reset, you may have made some mistakes with setup, pan or routing. Options > Reset Mix > Total Reset

Thanks Jeff

I did reset everything few times, including checking the Audio Midi setup though the problem keeps reoccurring. Seems like the problem is with the playback coming from my mac. Any other ideas??

I think I had the same "issue". Try searching for "audio midi setup" in the Utility folder (applications>utility>audio midi setup) and see if your L and R output are at the same volume. My R channel was slightly higher than the L channel. Hope it works.
