Topic: ARC USB Dropping out - known issue? Or bad USB on my end?

I keep having a situation where my ARC USB, (which is a product I didnt even think I wanted but now I cannot live without! I love it so much!) loses all of its lights and ability to control anything until I unplug and replug its USB cable

Is this a common error? Anything I can look for?

Try a different USB cable and a different USB port. Not a known issue.
