The connection between MacPro 2013 and UFX+  via thunderbolt is periodically lost...
not often, about once every 3-4 weeks
usually during use, but there was once when during inactivity

use original apple cable 2 meters

turn off ufx+ , turn on - connection is restored or
turn off MAC , turn on - connection is restored

driver and  firmware updated

in Reaper, I don't see RME and no sound

on ARC USB (connected to UFX+)  lights are dimmed and not work

all others device via thunderbolt (monitor, HDD) are working good

Where to find a solution to the problem?

there are real-time works, such problems are unacceptable!
