Topic: No sound to my speakers

My RME ADI 2 Pro Fs is connected as follows:
- USB input from a SOtM network drive
- analog input from a turntable (with pre-amp)
- analog output Jack / RCA to Aux input of my speakers Kef LS50 wireless
My problem: no sound goes out to the speakers. On the other hand, listening to headphones works normally.
At the RME settings level, I think I have tried everything ... Even with the Basic Mode, I have no sound to the speakers.
So, a default setting of the RME or a hardware problem?

- Output 1/2 Mute active
- Output 1/2 Volume turned down
- Output 1/2 wrong Source selected
- Output 1/2 muted because phones plugged in

No !
- output 1/2 Mute is not active
- output 1/2 Volume = -13dbr
- output 1/2 muted : no, phones not plugged
But
- Output 1/2 wrong Source selected ?
Can you give me the path to this setting (sorry, newbie inside !)

It is the setting that I currently have and I have no sound in my speakers ...
I checked the auxiliary inputs of my speakers: they work without problems

What does the Global Level Meter overview say? What does the Main Out 1/2 Level Meter beneath the Analyzer say? If these show  level dependent on the Volume control then there should be a  signal at the TS and XLR output.
