Topic: ADI Pro to replace Babyface

Hello,

I currently use an original Babyface as a device to support multichannel playback with 4 channels out (2 via toslink and two analog) for a DSP room correction program called Acurate. I also use the mic preamp to record test signals. Total mix is used to route the correct signals from the PC to sound card. Can I use the ADI pro in a similar fashion using totalmix?

Thank you.

There is no TotalMix in the ADI series.

If I wanted to functionality like the Babyface but support of higher sample rates and coaxial S/PDIF output which RME product would you recommend?

Re: ADI Pro to replace Babyface

Why do you need TotalMix? You can not set Acurate to deliver its signals at the desired outputs?

The ADI might work then, but it has no microphone input.
