Topic: Getting a UFX Repaired

Hi,

In my last mini-thread I mentioned purchasing a NOS (New Old Stock) UFX, and it turns out to have a problem right out of the box.  That is, the three pushbutton combination controls (Volume and Encoder 1&2) don't work.  The rotary action of the controls work, but  they don't activate or select anything, and that pretty much negates standalone operation, which is needed.

I have sent a couple of emails to support@rme-audio.com but no reply since last weekend.  The question now is, Where can I send this unit for repair?  No clear mention of repair operations on the website.  I'm in the US, California, if it matters.

Can someone fill me in on repair options?

Thanks for any assistance.
