Topic: sceaming channels

Recently, I have a problem when recording, at random, the same channel I record into something like a self-feedback and start screaming. Once I change the inputs on f4-audio connections, it works out until next time. It started with an updated driver that would work with my rme ARC. It also happened in another operating system "el capitan"

So what do you see in TotalMix FX when this happens? Signals are visible on level meters where? Routing is active how? Is this  feedback or MIDI error? Are you recording an analog signal?
