Topic: Dead pixels: How to RMA?

My ADI-2 DAC has a line of dead pixels going through the screen that's fairly distracting.

How do I get started on the RMA process with RME? I have tried using their contact form (https://www.rme-audio.de/contact.html) twice to no avail.

I can find no other instructions on the RMA/repair process for the ADI-2/
