Hello everyone,
My 8 years old Fireface UC is having now a strange but annoying behavior : during the recording mode, there are intermittent burst noises of one to few seconds and back to normal. It's totally random. It happens sometimes in playing clean audio files as well.

I'm using a Mac (Macbook 12'', 2017)

1. I reinstalled the driver from RME
2. I tried another more recent and more powerful Mac
3. I changed the USB cable
4. I checked if I was both in 48kHz on the Fireface USB Settings and the DAW
5. I checked on the Audio and MIDI setting utilities
6. I tried different DAW (Reaper, Audacity, Live).

but nothing solved the problem.

Do I have to send the unit to be repaired ? If so, do you know where I can send it in France or in Europe ?
