Topic: FIREFACE 800 headphone jack problem

WHEN I PLUG MY HEADPHONES INTO THE FRONT  I only get sound  from the right side .

Sorry, with this few information about your setup its impossible to support you.

Firmware / Driver version ? What OS and application do you use ?

Did you exclude already a defect on your phones, does it work properly on another device ?

Otherwise there are many possibilities, why you can only can hear one channel.

Wrong setting in the OS, application or in TotalMix FX.
Maybe a missing channel in the application setup.
Maybe the balance knob turned to one side to 100% in either OS, Application, TM FX.

With no detailed information about your setup and OS/Applications/TM FX settings its difficult to help you with this.
