Topic: RME USA warranty on used RME UCX

Hi all,

I'm thinking about buying a used RME UCX from an RME-approved dealer. Do you guys know if the RMA USA warranty still applies to this product? Also, will RME USA do repairs if there were a problem in the future?

Hi there, please send a message to info (at) synthax.com with details about this dealer. In most cases, the 2 year warranty is based on the original sale date, unless this is a specific dealer that is selling refurbished products.
