Hi,
I am running an Asus X99 Deluxe II motherboard, with a Gigabyte Titan Ridge Controller, Startech TB3 to TB2 adapter, latest Intel DHC Drivers and Thunderbolt Control Center. Latest bios, latest TB Controller firmware. Win 10 fully updated. New TB2 cable.

On boot the UFX+ is not detected. If I disconnect then reconnect the TB3 connector the UFX+ shows up in the Thunderbolt Control Center, but the RME Thunderbolt drivers don't load and the UFX+ does not show in Windows Device Manager.

This system did work very well, but briefly, with the legacy Intel driver, but then stopped and could not be coaxed back into life.

I have trawled the web and found many others having problems with similar setups. Some have solved it but none of their solutions work for me.

Anybody have any ideas?
