Topic: ADI-2 DAC FS Blue Screens with Driver installed.
Playing audio through the USB interface with the RME driver installed causes the system to crash. If I remove the driver, the ADI-2 performs normally.
Computer Specs:
Windows 10 1909
ADI-2 DAC FS (WDM set to 24bit 48000hz) SW Version 34, 12/2019
AMD R9 3900x
32gb DDR4 @ 3733mhz
Nvidia RTX 2080 ti
1TB 970 evo m.2
Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 (XLR to USB audio interface, ASIO driver)(ASIO set to 48000hz with 256 buffer size)
Voicemeeter Banana for asio routing, EQ and gate. (All inputs and outputs set to 24bit 48000hz)
With the latest driver installed, when audio begins playing through the ADI-2, the system freezes for 5-10 seconds then blue screens with a "DPC Watchdog Violation." With the RME driver installed, turning off the ADI-2 will prevent further blue screens. Turning the ADI-2 on and playing audio will cause a blue screen.
I'm not sure how to proceed other than to remove the driver and use the RME with the default plug and play driver. Any suggestions?
