Topic: FR: Workspace select over OSC

Hi MC / RME

TMFX on my MADI XT is the hub of my studio.  Surround monitoring control, outboard I/O over multiple MADI ports, ASIO direct monitoring for inputs.

Multiple times a day I am switching between single speed and double speed, depending on the job at hand.  The only way to reconfigure my I/O and channel layouts for each sample rate is via Workspaces.. because the channel layouts over multiple MADI ports change over different sample rates.

Being able to recall (Quick Select) Workspaces via OSC (like is currently possible with Snapshots) would REALLY help... (with my studio automation)

Thanks MC.  I guess in that instance, we'd also need an option to disable the Discard all changes? dialogue, for it to be able to be used unattended.  cool

That option already exists since TM FX 1.61, see driver readme.

Sorry took me a while to test due to going on holiday cool

Recall works well, thanks for implementing without any safety or mismatch warning.

The only two things I would note are,

1. /loadQuickWorkspace n brings up the TotalMixFx window.  Other OSC commands (that admittedly don't reconfigure the surface) don't do that.
2.  /saveQuickWorkspace n would be cool too!  :-)
