Topic: Scrape sound when using the IEM connector

When I plug the 3.5 jack into the jack, I hear an unpleasant creaking sound. It doesn't sound like a relay sound. Is it okay?

No.
• Do you need to force it in?
• Closely inspect the plug, is it deformed or bent?
• Try another 3.5 mm plug, does it make the same sound?

The squeak persists even when the device is off, when the relay is not working. I am interested in the possibility of repairing this malfunction.

I think nobody here can imagine what exactly you are talking about. Could you please make a video and upload it somewhere so we better understand?
