I have recently acquired an IoT Relay to power my speakers on and off using a USB cable hooked to my TV as the relay trigger. It works very well and I was wondering if I could connect the DAC to the relay to make powering everything on and off even more automatic. The question is, would it be better for the DAC if I continued to use the standby button? I love this DAC and definitely do not want to harm it in anyway.
