Topic: UCX II delivery delays

Hi guys,

I have a growing interest in the UCX II, as replacement for my current focusrite 18i8 3rd Gen. Since its launch, I see that the UCX II delivery delays are really high.
Does somebody know the reason why? I guess it has something to do with raw materials or maybe delivery problems with one of the components.
My apologies if the subject has already been treated.

Thanks, man. I didn't know about the fire in the chip factory. That explains the delays.

Fire was a year ago. 3 day fire puts delay over a year?

The AKM factory is still destroyed. Plus we have a so called global chip crisis. Makes me wonder how you could not know that, it's in daily news since many months, affecting all industries.
