Topic: How to de-activate "Loudness"?

Hi, guys,

I don't remember activating "Loudness", but for some reason it is on.
Can anyone tell me how do I cancel "Loudness"?

BTW .. there is an excellent manual for this product. You can download the latest version in PDF format and read it with a PDF viewer such as Acrobat Reader and search for the term "loudness" very easily.

Kind of surprising that the manual is not being used for such (quite simple) configuration tasks.

Dynamic Loudness is a functionality I would never defeat outside of a measurement scenario.

Once one understands WHY it is, and HOW it works,  it's true value as an asset to the Listener becomes boldly apparent.

Especially because you can decide at what (more silent) volume level it kicks in. Correctly configured (which is an easy task after reading manual) it doesn't change your sound at normal / higher listening levels.

And you can even use the remap-key features to assign a function to a key on the unit and/or remote to remove any PEQ, B/T, Loudness settings if you want to cross check how it sounds without.
