Topic: Babyface appears as "USB MIDI Device" in AMS

It might be a casualty of its age, but I've noticed that my (original) Babyface appears as a generic device in Audio MIDI Setup. I'm sure it used to have a name, like its audio driver does: "Babyface (12345678)". Is this a known issue?

macOS Ventura 13.3.1, silicon M1, RME USB Driver Kit 4.0.7. Problem existed in 3.2.8 before I update too.

Thanks.

Hi
I think it’s the same with my Babyface pro (not FS).

UCX - FF 400 - Babyface pro - Digiface USB - ADI-2 (original)
Mac mini M1 - Macbook pro - iPad Air2

This is normal behaviour with our current drivers and units that use Class Compliant MIDI in macOS.
