I am located in Saudi Arabia and would be available for a remote desktop session  at a time that is convenient for your support team.I have any desk and team viewer ready.

Open the Audio-Midi-Setup
It is a programm located : Applications / Utilitys / Audio-Midi-Setup

If you installed the driver of the Babyface correctly and the Babyface is connected it will show up there

In my screenshot it is not Babyface but Digiface

So far very good.

In your DAW in the preferences settings Audio Device, select Babyface for input device.
In your music project the track input can select Babyface input channels.

Open also the application Totalmix for monitoring audio

Watch Youtube videos about Totalmix, there are many

i have installed old driver don 'nt know the correct process of uninstall...please help

Sir i  don't  know the correct way of uninstall .Even i installed twice bi mistakenly.i  was just moved and empty to the trash.please help for remote help

No need for uninstall, this work will do the new installer.
Just install the new driver and reboot the computer.

I am sorry can't do any remote assistance.
