Topic: MADIFace XT Screen Issue

My product's screen is burned in white, I can barely see the information on the screen.

Can I buy and replace compatible parts? Or can I get repair service directly without going through the importer?
-I don't think the local importer is handling things well. It would be nice if I could contact them directly.

I would appreciate it if anyone could answer.
