RME User Forum → RME Website → My email address is already in use?
I was unable to register on the forum as apparently my email address is already in use. I have registered under the hide my email function but am concerned that someone has used my email address without my knowledge or permission. I did register my 802FS with the email address I tried to join the forum with but as far as I know I didn’t enter a password.
Is this the right place to post this? I can’t see any way of contacting admin direct.
Just use the "Forgot password" function on the login page with that email address to reset the password.
Doesn’t work. I did get the email for new password and reset it but was advised wrong username/password when I tried to use it. I’m only concerned that my email address is being used without my knowledge or permission.
Send me an email with details about the address in question.
Oh, and you need to log in with your user name, not the email address...
