Yes. So the RME installer should install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package when it's needed I guess.
Some programs do it, some programs require user to do it. But usually warn user, that MS Visual C++ libraries are missing.
It may be also so that you have MS Visual C++ libraries installed, but installation is because of some reason incomplete and so on...
It has happened to me, that already two times, that requested library has been installed, even correct version, but still program refused to install. Even reinstallation of MS VC++ Libs did not help. The problem resolved to uninstall MS VC++ Libs and install them again....
Yeah, installing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 14.50.35719.0 (x64) fixed it.

It does so with USB (since 05/2025). Not sure why it did not work here with HDSPe, will check.
