Topic: Digiface Dante and totalmix

I´ve this issue and I don´t know what´s happening:

I´m playing music with my new Digiface Dante, but when I want to listen thru headphones I hear just for one channel. Then when I open Total Mix, no Mixer neither Matrix window open... In DigiCheck I can see both channels.
Can sombody help me with this issue?.

Which OS?

Sidenote.
DigiCheck shows Ins and SW Playbacks, not Outs. So, you cannot check by DigiCheck, that the both channels are routed to Phones.

Well, you could check it on corresponding Input, if you activate loopback on Phones. But to do that you need fully working TotalMix... And in that case, you would not need to check it in DC, you could have a look in TM.

Hi Kubrak, thanks for your interest. My OS is Tahoe 26.3 on Mac M5. If I connect another mac with DVS to Digiface primary port I can see both channels in Digicheck. So I routed this two channel music via Dante to Luna WS stereo input and send it to Master out and only hear one channel. My doubs is why I cant confugure my Total mix????

Totalmix should open in any case also with the interface disconnected.

Have you installed the latest version 20.1 ?

Totalmix open, but doesen´t permits to create new Mixer neither new Matrix. I´ve installed the latest software and firmware. Indeed I´ve created a new offline device from Options Menu, but I can go online...

Hi Daniel and thank you for the images. All the setting are ok, but my main issue is when I open Totalmix software it doesn´t detects my Digiface Dante. Any clues?.

I´m sending audio from one mac to Digiface Dante with DVS. and I´m receiving both channels, but I listen only the left channel on the phones output. Thats the reason what I want to open Totalmix, to see what´s happening...

Hi Daniel. This is all the software an driver intalled:

Fireface USB DK 427 (totalmix included right?).
RME USB Series Flash Tool v3.74.
DigicheckNG_093.

You might need to allow Microphone for TotalMix in System Settings.
