Yes, this happens from time to time, webserver maintenance ongoing I guess.

Takes usually a few hours, you may re-check later.

Fair enough.  I got the driver I needed from the Internet Archive (having trouble on my UFX III on Mac with DriverKit and wanted to revert to Kernel, seems to be working now, time will tell) -- if you can't access the RME site, that seems like a pretty safe alternative.
