It seems to me he does not test UCX II, he uses it as measurement device to measure internal audio cards.

Without name and exact model it is not comparison and measurement has no meaning.
I guess, not motherboard one, but consumer PCIe card. But I may be wrong, I just rapidly scanned first part of review. That linked by OP is the last one. I guess, that table compares measurements by previous gear (Zoom I guess) and newer ones using UCX II. Or something like that.
IMHO, ADI-2 Pro fs with that RME super supply should be used as measurement gear.... At least.

Wondering why he put so much effort in writing his own measuring / analysis software and then missed that chance.
Well, he has upgraded from Zoom interface.
