Topic: Midi problem/bug

Hi

I have an issue with totalmix and the use of MIDI. The problem is that when sample rate is changed between 48kHz and 96kHz (losing the last 8 channels in the mixer), the 8 channels under MIDI control shift.

I am using windows volume relay (posted in the tips and tricks section) that uses MIDI to link the windows volume to the mixer volume.

But when I change to 96kHz, I can no longer control the volume, as the channels under control have shifted.

I hope this can be fixed in totalmix soon

As channels do vanish in that mode (ADAT) how can the block NOT shift? Or did I misunderstood?

Re: Midi problem/bug

It could not shift if it was associated with a channel, rather than a position in the mixer.

I need it associated with a channel

Which is not possible, as you can not run out of the last 8-channel block (like 2 channel remain, 6 are invisible..). Nevertheless I will check if there is way to work around this.
