Topic: Fireface UFX disconnected few seconds

Hi,

      I have a HP z800 workstation with only one Fireface UFX.

      Sometimes TotalMix FX shows "disconnected" for a few seconds and stop sound. The WDM driver name change from RME... to 2-RME... automatically. USB connection cable is OK.

     I have reinstalled driver and Firmware!!

Please help.

Hi,

This problem is not fixed.
i have tried with other PCs. The problem is the same. sometimes the WDM driver name change from RME... to 2-RME... automatically. Today I have installed the latest drivers.

Any idea?

The UFX might be defective. Contact your local dealer or distributor.
