Topic: Getting ADAT audio + HDMI video into Atomos Shogun.

Hi,
Bit of a problem which I feel might require the ADI-4DD to fix.
I have an Atomos Shogun Flame which takes 8 channel HDMI audio / video input and 16 channel SDI 12G audio / video input.
I want to record with the Atomos a HDMI 2.0 120Hz 1080p video signal from a Pascal Titan X GPU (the audio part of this not needed) and ADAT (8 channel with 4 used) TOSLINK Audio from a RME BabyFace Pro.

From my understanding so far, there are no ADAT + HDMI embedders, they all only support 2 channel SPDIF (or multichannel Dolby audio, which is not the case here).

So from what I understand I could achieve this by the following:

Converting HDMI using Blackmagic Teranex HDMI to 12G SDI Mini to 12G SDI.
Converting ADAT using RME ADI-4 DD to AES / EBU.
Embedding 12G SDI + AES / EBU using Teranex Mini Audio to SDI 12G (I need this to get 4 channels, the HDMI to 12G Teranex only supports 2 channel XLR) and then plugging this combined 12G SDI cable into the Atomos.

1. Does anybody see any issues with this? Is there a simpler way?
2. Will this method support 120Hz 1080p video?
3. How does the ADI-4 DD deal with the ADAT audio? The Teranex Mini Audio to SDI has a 4 channel XLR input I believe, can you send out the first 4 channels of the converted ADAT signal by XLR from the ADI-4 DD? Im sure this will sort the video signal, but I'm not sure how audio channels are preserved?
