Topic: Adi 2 Pro Big Knob issue

Hi Rme
Since some days the big knob of my Adi 2 Pro is completely inaccurate, particularly in the volume range -80db -40db.
For instance often when i turn up, instead volume turns down five, ten, twenty db at once.
Only big knob issue while volumes control by little knobs are still precise.
The device is still under warranty but before to ship for assistance (and to wait maybe a long time to have it back) i'd like to know if the issue could be easily solved by myself.
Do you have any idea and advice about this problem?

No way, you need to send it in. Repair won't take long unless you send it shortly before Christmas.

Hi! Same problem starts to happen here... Only when I ramp the volume up.
I am in France, do you have a partner in France where I can give it back, or must I send the unit back to the retailer (Thomann in Germany)?

Is it possible a software, in the future, to control at least main and headphones gains of the Adi 2 Pro by the computer?
Or a remote control device like Ucx, Ufx have?
It could prevent wearing and misfunctioning.
I love Adi 2 Pro and i'd like to keep it in good shape for a long time
